What is AHIWA?

How does it work?

Do I need to download an app?
No. Neither for the seller nor for the customer. Everything happens on WhatsApp and on the web. No installation, no updates to manage.
Does AHIWA work in my country?
AHIWA is available in 19 African countries. If you use WhatsApp and Mobile Money, AHIWA works for you.

What is "Receive"?

Pricing

Is AHIWA really free?
Yes. 0 FCFA/month, no subscription. All 10 solutions are accessible to every seller from day one. You only pay a 10% commission on online sales made via AHIWA.
What are the payment fees?
You sell yourself (QR, cash): 0% — you keep 100%. Online sales via AHIWA (link, QR, referral): 10% commission — you keep 90%. Minimum 50 FCFA per digital transaction.
How do my customers pay?
Mobile Money (Wave, Orange Money, MTN), bank card or cash. All digital payments are processed by PayDunya. Cash payments are at 0%.
What are the generous free limits?
You start with 30 products, 1 seller, 20 daily notifications, 50 CRM contacts, and 1 AI video/day. More than enough to get started.
What happens if I hit a limit?
You'll never be blocked. You can activate add-ons on demand from your AHIWA wallet. For example: unlimited products at 500 F/month, extra seller at 1,000 F/month, unlimited notifications at 500 F/month.
How does the AHIWA wallet work?
Top up your wallet anytime, any amount. Add-ons are charged automatically. No commitment, no surprises.
Are there subscriptions or plans?
No. No Pro, Business or Enterprise plans. Every seller has access to all solutions. You only pay for the add-ons you need, when you need them.

I'm a customer (buyer)

How do I order from an AHIWA seller?
Scan the seller's QR code or click their store link. WhatsApp opens, the bot shows you the catalog. You pick your products, confirm and pay — all within the WhatsApp conversation.
Do I need to create an account to order?
No. You only need WhatsApp. Your phone number serves as your ID, no sign-up required.
How do I pay?
Via Mobile Money (Wave, Orange Money, MTN), bank card or cash on delivery depending on what the seller offers. Digital payments are processed by PayDunya. The bot guides you through payment.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Digital payments are processed by PayDunya, a regulated and secure provider. AHIWA never stores your payment information.
How do I track my order?
Send "STATUS" in the WhatsApp conversation with the seller. The bot shows the status of your recent orders.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as the seller hasn't confirmed delivery. Send "CANCEL" in the WhatsApp conversation.
I have a problem with my order, what do I do?
Contact the seller directly via the same WhatsApp conversation. If the issue isn't resolved, contact AHIWA support at +225 07 00 18 08 01.

How do I sign up as a seller?
Send a message to the AHIWA number on WhatsApp or click the "Start" button on ahiwa.com. The bot guides you through setup.
Can I delete my seller account?
Yes. Contact WhatsApp support and we'll delete your account and data in accordance with our privacy policy.
How do I contact AHIWA support?
Via WhatsApp at +225 07 00 18 08 01. Support available 7 days a week. We respond within 24h.
Is AHIWA secure?
Yes. AHIWA uses WhatsApp's end-to-end encryption, secure HTTPS connections, and never stores your payment information. Globalys Afrique is a Meta Verified Tech Provider.
